The Ken Blanchard College of Business is pleased to offer a broad range of educational options to serve a diverse and changing student population ranging from traditional undergraduates to corporate executives. Our suite of programs includes traditional undergraduate degrees, degree completion programs, graduate degrees, a highly innovative executive MBA, and customized programs. Whether students choose to take their courses at our picturesque campus located in central Phoenix, at one of our convenient satellite locations, or online, our goal is to ensure that they have a learning experience that challenges their thinking, engages them every step of the way, and prepares them to enter a new career or continue in their current profession with the business skills necessary to succeed.
We are particularly proud of our affiliation with Dr. Ken Blanchard who is much more than just a name on our building. Dr. Blanchard takes a personal interest in our students and the quality of the education they receive at the college that bears his name. He even teaches in our EMBA program. Because of this important relationship, the college focuses on three pillars that reflect Dr. Blanchard’s work: servant leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit. These themes underscore the college values and are built into our curriculum across programs. Students can also be proud of our accreditation with ACBSB which was recently renewed for 10 years. This accreditation reflects a high level of academic excellence and a continuous dedication to rigor and relevance in our business programs.
When students choose to study at the Ken Blanchard College of Business, they become part of our learning community. Our class sizes are kept small to ensure that faculty and students get to know each other well and have the opportunity to interact with each other whether that be in a discussion forum online or in a classroom on campus. As we move forward into this 2009/10 academic year, the college will be reaching out to our community of students in another way – through web-casts with Dr. Blanchard and other well known business and leadership thinkers where the students can interact real time, ask questions, and take learning to a higher level.
