Claude N. Pensis - Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Production

Claude N. Pensis, Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Production, has been a faculty member at Grand Canyon University since 1982.  During his tenure here, Claude  has served in many capacities including, Theatre Professor, Theatre Department Chair, Director of Theatre, Faculty Athletic Representative, Interim Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Representative to the Arizona Ecumenical Council, as well as serving on and chairing numerous faculty committees.  Claude has also served for one and a half years as a faculty associate for Arizona State University as their lighting instructor.

Gregg Elder - Assistant Professor of Digital Film

Gregg was born in San Antonio, Texas in 1972.  From there he has also lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Arizona.   He drew his desire to become a filmmaker at a young age in Wisconsin from his desire to tell stories visually.  Later, Gregg went on to create productions in every state he lived in, expect Texas, as well as Michigan, Indiana, and California.   He attended school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Columbia College Chicago, and National University-Los Angeles.
