Living on campus is one of the most memorable times of your college experience. The time you will spend in your hall or apartment on campus will affect your friendships for a lifetime.

GCU is excited to implement the First Year Experience (FYE). FYE at Grand Canyon University exists to structure the way students interact with community on campus. It is GCU’s desire to build strategic relationships within various groups on campus to reach and serve our community. FYE will equip you with the necessary tools to help you become successful at GCU.

At GCU we hope, and desire, for you to have an incredible experience living on campus. GCU has three different housing options for students to engage in authentic community.

Welcome to GCU Student Life! We are excited for you to be here at GCU. You are going to meet a ton of new people and we hope you start forming friendships that will last a lifetime. We have many opportunities for you to get involved in and truly experience all that college life has to offer.

Spiritual Life

The hope of the Office of Spiritual Life is to provide meaningful opportunities for students to be connected to the Lord in authentic community at GCU. Some ways students can get connected are through Life Groups, the Gathering (a worship service geared towards college students), Chapel every Monday at 11am, and global outreach efforts and trips.

The Office of Spiritual Life is also committed to providing students opportunities to serve the surrounding community and Christ through different events such as Canyon Cares, Fall Festival, and Serve the City. Please contact the Office of Spiritual Life if you have more questions.
