The Residence Life staff exists to help the transition to on-campus living be as smooth as possible. Resident Assistants (RA) are student leaders who live on residence hall floors and in campus apartments. They exist to provide leadership to residents and plan activities, and offer a place where you can seek advice, compassion, and prayer. Life Leaders (LL) are students who seek to assist the RAs with creating an atmosphere of community in the residential areas. The Resident Directors (RD) are professional staff members who permanently live on-campus to provide leadership and support to RAs as well as to facilitate community on campus.
