GCU staff is available to help you adjust to living on campus. Resident Assistants (RAs) are student leaders who live in the residence halls and in campus apartments. They are trained to provide leadership to their residents and plan activities and educational programs. Resident Directors (RDs) are professional staff members who live in the dormitories and apartments. They supervise the RAs and oversee the administration of the buildings. Life Leaders (LLs) live on the halls and in the apartments and focus on the development of students' spiritual needs.

RAs and LLs are selected each year after an application process. Students interested in applying to become a RA or a LL must submit an application during the spring semester to be considered for a position during the upcoming academic year.
