Transcripts
Current students wishing to request official transcripts may do so electronically
using WebAdvisor. To access this feature, follow these steps.
- Click on the WebAdvisor tab above.
- Select Transcript from the Academic
Profile menu. This will enable you to view your transcript
before you request an official copy. If you have questions
about what you see on your transcript, you may contact
your Academic
Advisor.
- To request your official transcript, select Transcript
Request from the Academic Profile menu.
- Follow the prompts on this screen to request and pay
for your transcripts.
Former students wishing to request official transcripts
may also do so electronically by accessing WebAdvisor. To
access this feature, follow these steps.
- Click
Here to view your transcripts on WebAdvisor.
- You will be prompted to login. Login using your user
name and password. If you need assistance logging in contact
Tech Support at 1-877-428-8447.
- Select Laser Undergraduate or Laser Graduate depending
on what type of student you were at GCU. This will enable
you to view your transcript before you request
an official copy. If you have questions about what you
see on your transcript, you may contact an Academic
Advisor.
- Click
Here to request your official transcript through
WebAdvisor.
- Follow the prompts on this screen to request and pay
for your transcripts.
Current and Former students who wish to
order official transcripts via fax can download the Transcript
Request Form (PDF) and follow the instructions. You may
include payment information at the bottom of the form. Please
return the form and any documentation via fax to Office of
Academic Records at 602.589.2079.
If you prefer to pay by check, please download and complete
the Transcript
Request Form and mail it with you payment to: Grand Canyon
University, P.O. Box 11097, Phoenix, AZ 85017, Attn: Office
of Academic Records.
If you have any questions please contact Academic
Advising.
Please note: GCU processes transcripts immediately upon
request. If you are waiting for your degree to be posted
or for a certain class to show as completed, you should not
request your official transcript until you are certain these
actions have occurred.
